The Mill Sales Accelerator
The Mill Sales Accelerator is an 8-week, in-person program designed to strengthen revenue capability for founder-led businesses in Bloomington and the surrounding region.
The program addresses one of the most common growth challenges for early-stage companies: inconsistent and unpredictable sales execution. Rather than focusing on motivation or theory, the Accelerator installs practical structure, including repeatable sales systems, clear market positioning, and consistent execution cadence.
Participants work in a small, peer-level cohort format that fosters accountability, cross-industry perspective, and disciplined implementation. By keeping cohorts intentionally small, the program creates an environment where founders can apply frameworks directly to their businesses in real time.
The Mill Sales Accelerator contributes to the broader economic vitality of the Bloomington region by helping founders build sustainable revenue engines and scalable sales processes.
