This event is for any adult struggling with a sleep challenge, interested in connecting with others regarding sleep health, and interested in learning about sleep wellbeing.
We'll be walking and talking (pooches welcome). Walks will be very casually themed with a sleep health topic; for this one, we'll talk a little bit about the science of social connection and sleep. Mostly, though, we will walk and let the conversation lead where it may go.
