Launching the Rainbow Leadership Network
Connecting LGBTQ+ professionals and allies across Monroe County

Join us for an evening of connection, conversation, and community as we launch the Bloomington Rainbow Leadership Network.
The newly formed Bloomington Rainbow Leadership Network (Rainbow Network) invites you to Unity at Work: Launching the Rainbow Leadership Network on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, from 5:30–7:30 p.m. at the International Art Project Foundation (212 W. 4th St.).
The Rainbow Network is a project of the Greater Bloomington Chamber of Commerce. Our goal is to foster an inclusive business community where LGBTQ+ professionals and allies are seen, supported, and empowered to lead, connect, and thrive in Monroe County.
During the event, guests will hear brief remarks from Eric Spoonmore, President and CEO of the Chamber, along with an introduction from the Rainbow Network about who we are and how we plan to serve our community.
Following the program, there will be time to mix and mingle with food and drinks, along with an optional playful game with prizes.
Whether you are an LGBTQ+ professional, business owner, community member, or ally, this launch event is an opportunity to build connections and celebrate the start of something meaningful for our community.
Bloomington Rainbow Leadership Network ("Rainbow Network"), an affinity group of The Greater Bloomington Chamber of Commerce, connects LGBTQ+ professionals, business owners, and allies through intentional networking, leadership development, employer engagement, and community visibility — strengthening Bloomington’s business environment in the process.
