 | ZingTrain: Systems For Supporting Staff
Great service doesn’t happen by accident—it’s built through intentional hiring, clear training systems, and effective performance management. In this full-day ZingTrain workshop, participants will explore Zingerman’s proven, real-world approach to building systems that support staff success from day one and beyond.
Designed for leaders, managers, and HR professionals, Systems for Supporting Staff dives into how strong hiring practices, thoughtful training plans, and consistent feedback can prevent performance problems before they start—and address them effectively when they arise. Through interactive exercises, reflection, and role-plays, participants will gain practical tools they can immediately apply within their own organizations.
The day includes a mix of facilitated discussion, hands-on exercises, and guided reflection—covering everything from attracting and interviewing the right candidates to designing training systems, giving effective feedback, and choosing the right path when performance problems arise.
Participants will leave with a deeper understanding of how systems—not just people—drive performance, along with concrete strategies to build a more supported, engaged, and successful staff.
This event is free to both Chamber members and Community Members. Lunch will also be freely provided.
