 | Bloomington Women in Leadership ("BWIL") has four core pillars including Inspire, Engage, Elevate, and Empower. BWIL "Elevate" events provide a safe space for attendees to learn and grow personally and professionally by fostering supportive relationships and exchange of ideas to advance each other. These programs should contribute to building the professional network of attendees through thoughtful workshops, seminars, or any format deemed appropriate for the recruitment and retention of professional multi-faceted women willing to engage in supportive professional peer and mentor relationships.

Bloomington Women in Leadership (BWIL), an affinity group of The Greater Bloomington Chamber of Commerce, is a professional women's group that empowers, inspires, elevates, and engages through mentorships, professional development, and community. BWIL events are open to Chamber and community members. BWIL supports professional women and their allies to build a meaningful network of women through intentional peer and mentoring relationships.
