 | Bloomington Women in Leadership ("BWIL") has four core pillars including Inspire, Engage, Elevate, and Empower. BWIL "Engage" events will partner with local non-profit organizations and give back to the community. These programs should focus on participants spending quality time engaging with and enhancing the community and learning about the partner organization who strives to improve the Bloomington community.

Bloomington Women in Leadership (BWIL), an affinity group of The Greater Bloomington Chamber of Commerce, is a professional women's group that empowers, inspires, elevates, and engages through mentorships, professional development, and community. BWIL events are open to Chamber and community members. BWIL supports professional women and their allies to build a meaningful network of women through intentional peer and mentoring relationships.
