Apprisen, in partnership with United Way of South Central Indiana and
Union Savings Bank, will help you achieve your dreams by
providing you the information you need to own your first home:
• Preparing for homeownership
• Working with a real estate agent
• Understanding budgets and credit history
• Finding and working with a lender
• Home inspections and home maintenance
• Preventing loan default on your first home
Dates: November 8th & 9th, 2023 from 5pm – 8 pm (Must attend both sessions)
