 | Please join us to celebrate the Grand Opening of Barberry Lake Estates. Barberry Homes has been in business since 2016. Starting with home renovations, Josh and Lindsey Clark quickly learned that creating beautiful homes, full of quality and function was something they wanted to provide to their community. With each renovation, the stakes rose, allowing Josh the opportunity to master drafting and construction techniques. At the time, Lindsey was the designer and loved to incorporate a new style to fit each home’s identity. Shortly thereafter, they purchased a partially developed subdivision and completed it alongside another builder. Barberry Lake Estates would be the next project, one with more homes to be built and different architectural styles. Now, with a much larger team of highly skilled tradesmen, Barberry Homes is focused on building custom homes on your lot, home renovations, and of course, building homes within the Barberry Lake Estates subdivision. There will be tours of the facility with refreshments being served. There will also be raffles and giveaways, the open house will be from 1- 2pm and ribbon cutting ceremony beginning at 1:30pm.
