*To-Go Order Review* I'm always a sucker for some good ramen and Asian food. They have quite the variety on the menu, ramen; noodles based dishes, rice based, paninis, salads, steamed buns etc. I will say, I think it's kind of on the pricy side, but everything we ordered was delicious.
The noodles in the pan fried noodle dishes and ramen were surprisingly the same. The pan fried noodles had some bold flavors and the shrimp was cooked perfectly. I expected a more traditional ramen noodle in the ramen but it was a softer and thicker noodle. The biggest win with the ramen was the miso broth and the perfectly cooked soft boiled egg. I was bummed how expensive it was to add protein to the ramen dish itself, 7.50 to add pork belly?! No thanks. I passed and decided to get steamed buns for everyone to share instead.
The buns were the best bang for your buck. We went with the duck and pork belly buns. The protein for both were very tender and flavorful. The bread was very light and even after a short trip after picking it up, nothing was soggy. They also had a teriyaki sauce for dipping.
Inside was fairly small and their was a bar to dine in, I could also see it being a popular study spot since it's connected to the coffee shop and gelatos spot next door. The bar looked like a full cocktail bar with plenty to choose from.
Despite the higher prices, I would return to try some of the other dishes and give some of the cocktails a whirl.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Apr 19, 2023
The food at Nourish is a 10/10. So fresh and the flavor mixes are perfect. I had the southern chicken salad - it was massive. I could have split this. The spice level was great, and the crunch of the chips was perfect for texture. Service was quick, and friendly. It was a mix of coffee bar vibe with restaurant which was nice- some people were there working, others were just dining. Great spot!

This is a great spot for a quick lunch fix! Every sandwich I've had here has been delicious. Their fried rice bowls are also amazing. You seriously can't go wrong with whatever you order. Plus, the food quality holds up whether you're dining in, ordering to-go, or even getting it delivered. They're not open late, but it's definitely worth grabbing an early bite for.

My jam! I was on the neighborhood for an event and was looking for "Asian food or sandwiches". Someone recommended Nourish. I figured I'd give it a try despite few Yelp reviews. So glad I did! They are Asian fusion and their bar has a large whiskey selection.
I overheard that their large sized salads are HUGE so I went with the regular (smaller) sized Korean Beef Salad. The beef is PERFECT and sweet. The kimchi and pickled red onions are a perfect compliment. It tasted great and fresh!
I also couldn't help but get the steam bun trio. The bread was a bit dense for my liking and, surprisingly, the tofu one was the most flavorful. I think they roast the tofu over charcoal. The duck bun was second best, putting the pork belly in last. You can order them individually or as the trio.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Georgianne P.Indianapolis, IN434Jul 9, 2023

Service was kind of slow, a little short staffed. Cool, unique menu. The tofu buns were meh but the spicy volcano fries were great. The cocktails looked unique, but I didn't get a chance to try any out. A little on the pricey side. All in all, I would go back!

This place is cute. I love the vibe and the shared coffee space next door. I just have been underwhelmed by the food. I'm convinced I'm ordering wrong, so I keep coming back. The experiment continues. Will report new findings.

Second time coming in, this time I had a client with me of needs. The cashier was great to us and the people in the restaurant. My client had ramen, I asked him from 0-10 10 being satisfactory, how did you like the miso ramen...he said a 5. He goes to other restaurants like Sushi Bar, Sakura 15, Asuka and he based it off of them. I had the chicken fried rice. It was cool. I would give it a 7.9. I heard it was awesome so I tried it. I had from spicy mayo 0-5 5 being the spiciest a 2. Next time will try the 5. Thank you overall and much appreciated.

The seasoning on the chicken was everything (slapped aka very good)!!! Only thing I would say is it cost extra for extra dressings. The staff members were young (looked like college students). They were very polite and nice. They have a bar area as well.

In Bloomington for Father's weekend with one of our sons. He said that he had heard good things about Nourish Bar but had not tried them. What a pleasent and delicious treat.
This Vietnamese restaurant was clean with plenty of tables. It has a hip and modern flare. They are just off the square and many of the tables were occupied with students studying on their computers. The two employees at the register were friendly and helpful with explaining the menu.
We ordered the trio Bao buns that were very, very good. The duck bao was incredible and I could of had two orders a called it a day. The seasoning and sauce was perfect and bao buns were not chewy. 10 / 10. Atta boys to the kitchen staff! I ordered the Bahn mi with lemongrass chicken. A very good meal with just the right seasoning, pickled carrots, jalapenos and sauce. Another 10 / 10.
The atmosphere was nice, not loud, friendly staff and killer flavors without feeling stuffed. If you are looking to wake up your taste buds and have a truly tasty dish, stop here. This place is a gem to the Hoosier dining scene in Bloomington. Now, put down your cell phone and check them out. You won't be disappointed.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0
