Blue Sky Painting

Blue Sky power washed and stained the exterior wooden ramp for our nonprofit, Tandem (tandembloomington.org), as part of their giving back to the community program. They were so good at communicating, gave us great feedback on stain choices and options and did a great job! Would highly recommend them.

Andy, the owner of Blue Sky Painting, and his crew (Jake and Avery) are absolutely delightful to work with! Andy is prompt (darn near responds immediately), professional, understanding and highly, highly skilled. I was able to e-mail Andy pictures of the areas I wanted painted, and he was able to give me a quote that same day. He is so easy to get a hold of (whether by e-mail, text or call). He answered all of my questions (and there were many). He was SO patient and NOT pushy at all. His quote was fair, and his work is beautiful! I am so, so happy with the paint job! Andy even left me with extra paint (both trim and wall paint), so I can do later color matches, etc. He also offered numerous times to come out if I needed any touch-ups, which I did take him up on, and he came (with a smile) 2 days later! I had initially given Blue Sky Painting a five-star review. Blue Sky painted the interior of my condo. Another contractor was in my house yesterday for a different type of work. He pointed out the many places that there is uneven painting, old paint color still visible and places that should have been sanded down before painting. I thought Andy was a nice person. But now it seems that he took advantage of my ignorance of home repair.

Excellent job on my new living room with vaulted ceiling. Attention to detail, great communication and courteous crew were among the strong points.

Andy and Blue Sky Painting are great! I had the open concept living/dining/kitchen painted in July, including the 20 foot vaulted ceilings, and I could not be happier with the results. Andy scheduled the estimate within a couple of days of my request, and communicated well with me as needed throughout the process. His price was fair and substantially lower than the other company who bid the job. The work is really beautiful. He completed the job quickly, and thoroughly, and left the job site as clean as a whistle. I will definitely hire Blue Sky Painting the next time I need painting done!

Andy was great to work with! I had a couple of walls painted in my apartment and he was fast and did nice work. He was always quick to respond to texts and fairly priced. I will definitely contact him again the next time that I need painting services!
