SCI REMC has been serving rural and farming communities of south-central Indiana since 1939. SCI REMC is the largest member-owned cooperative distribution facility in Indiana and serves approximately 29,000 members in Morgan, Monroe, Owen, Brown, and parts of Putnam, Clay and Johnson counties. The cooperative’s broadband service, SCI FIBER, which delivers speeds of up to one gigabit per second, was launched in 2018.
