Strut to Success, Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering women and girls through mentorship, leadership development, and community engagement. Our signature initiative, the Black Patent Leather Pump Mentorship Program, equips participants with the tools, confidence, and support to strut boldly into their future. We also host community events such as the Strut & Sip Social, Strut Sister Circle, and Strut to the Etiquette Tea Party, all designed to inspire, connect, and uplift women of all ages.
