The Southern Indiana Center for Independent Living (SICIL) is a consumer-controlled, community based, cross disability, non-residential and not-for-profit organization that promotes and practices the philosophy of independent living. Programs include Adult Guardianship, Deaf and Hard of Hearing Advocacy Program, Home Care, Independent Living, Indiana High School/High Tech Program, Low-Vision Advocacy Program and Ombudsman. SICIL serves the following Indiana counties: Bartholomew, Brown, Crawford, Jackson, Lawrence, Monroe, Orange and Washington.
