CJAM’s mission is to promote a civil and just community through mediation, education, and restorative justice. We work with individuals, businesses, organizations, and communities to help manage and resolve conflicts. CJAM also provides training, education and group facilitation. CJAM is committed to making our services accessible to the under-served, and to be responsive to emerging community needs. We strive to reflect the diverse communities we serve in our staff, board and our volunteers.
