Jimmy John's

Ignored all customization requests, including charged items. I asked for no bacon and added salami as an example. My sandwich had a few pieces of bacon and no salami. It had sauces that I asked to be removed, and I received no chips or drink with my order. Sandwich was delivered over an hour late, so it was cold by the time I got it. Whenever I called to ask when I was going to get my sandwich, the man who answered was a major asshole. Immediately had a shitty tone whenever he answered and hung up before I could finish my sentence. Subways the better choice here.

Just had my sandwich delivered 10 minutes after I ordered it and it's a 5 minute drive away.. that's what I call freaky fast. Right on JJs

The delivery was an experience that left us in awe. It brought me back to my childhood watching Jimmy John's commercials where they said they are freaky fast. They are indeed freaky fast. Hot peppers and tuna for life. Thanks JJ squad

Amazing customer service. I messed up and put in the wrong address for this store. The amazing person working the phone offered to send another to the right address. Absolutely amazing customer service. Thank you Jimmy John's!

The service is not the best, especially from the overweight guy who makes your sandwich. He doesn't speak or say your welcome after you thank him for your sandwich. His attitude reflects as if he hates working there.

asked when food was coming and they got really mean. the other day they took an hour to get here so we went and picked it up. i do not recommend this jimmy johns.

I've ordered from several other different stores and have always had my order ready for pickup shortly after I placed the order. I'm not sure what the issue is with whoever is running this store. After I placed my order at this store, I attempted to pick my order up. There's no pickup shelf. I wait in line, then I say I'm picking up an order. The worker pointed to the order slip and said "we're still making it". It was for a little John. So disappointed, and glad at least now I know not to order from this JJ's in the future. The rewards program is just okay, not great. If I order ahead but y'all refuse to make app orders, then what's the point? Also, JJ's changed their official story on the app so as to omit the fact that their massive success was due to voluntarily staying open late nights. Which they are no longer allowed to.

Management and staff are extremely unprofessional & rude. Make you feel stupid over the phone and worse in person

This location is awesome as it is right on 10th street. Quality like any other Jimmy Johns, not much seating so it is more of a take and go place. I love them because they get your order done super fast so you are in and out. Perfect when you have a tight lunch break. Low carb options with the lettuce wrap!

Sandwich was bangin but the guy on the phone was a major asshole. Probably go to the one on kirkwood instead
